Every item is handmade with love and hard work so please allow:

10-15 business days for BOW orders and

25-30 business days for CLOTHING orders.

(does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time) in TAT.

PLEASE refrain from inquiring about the status of your order if it is still within the TAT.

There is a NO REFUND/RETURN policy. Special terms may apply(mistakes, etc) and are determined on a case to case basis!
